Because of my personal life-long weight issues, I have been studying weight loss practices and experimenting with diets ever since I turned 20. For the past 10 years I've also been teaching and writing about weight loss and out-of-control eating. During this time I've written four books that specifically deal with weight issues: The Big Heart Way to Permanent Weight Loss, Stop Out-of-Control Eating, The Ultimate Spiritual Weight Loss Solution and most recently, The SUGAR-FREE MIRACLE™ Diet System, a package of four books that provides sustainable weight loss for people who have not been successful with low-fat or low-calorie diets. I'm the founder and CEO of The Sugar-Free Miracle™ Diet Company and one of very few sugar-free experts in the world today.
